# How to explain what the USEFULL program is to students

**How to explain what the program is one-liner**:

*Its like checking out a library book, but with reusable containers:)*

 

**Talking points about the program:** 

- No charge to the user to participate
- Simply download the app
- Charges occur ONLY if cup is late or lost
- Student will receive reminders about returning the container

 

**General Tips:**

- Staff should be excited, motivated and proud! Pass that excitement on to the students.
- Staff should also download the app experience the ease of use.
