Learn more about the different roles in the USEFULL app as you may use 2 -3 of them!
There are 4 different roles that can be used within the USEFULL App.
- Member: The member role is the most used role in the USEFULL app. All users are assigned this mode when they create a mode is used for all users. This mode is used to checkout and/or return containers.
- Return Station: The return station role is most typically used when an institution/community wants users to return the container by scanning the QR code of the container on an iPad.
- Checkout Station: The checkout station role is most typically used when an institution/community wants users to return the container by scanning the QR code of the container and the user's personal QR code on an iPad.
- The checkout station mode is helpful for when you want to track what locations your users are checking out USEFULL containers from
- USEFULL Staff Mode: The USEFULL Staff role is used when you want to "deliver" USEFULL container to different locations so that you can keep track of how many containers are located at each location.
Users have to reach out to the USEFULL team if they feel they need permissions turned on in their account to use another role
